It core dumped on doing sybase's headers (their ctlib seemed like a simpler
target. Besides, they were installed already :) so I didn't try to do
oracle.

I'd like to do this. I don't think swig likes me much, and I don't have an
oracle database to talk to anymore. So until I get some mundane stuff done,
like a drive repaired and oracle re-installed, I can't do much on this.
