Insight on cygwin

I am building Insight on cygwin. I get errors from the lack of "psapi.h"
and "imagehlp.h" when compiling win32-nat.c. Can you direct me as to the
source of these files? Are they Microsoft redistributables?
I am using a direct binary install of Cygwin 1.0, with egcs-2.91.57.
