FYI, This is exactly what I saw when building and running the
powerpc-eabi-gdb version of insight on Win98 a few weeks ago. I was only
able to work around this by upgrading to WinNT.

I am using cygwin in windos98, I need insight, so I make it following
the steps in, when I finished making it and run arm-elf-gdb, a error
