Check your target settings (File->Target Settings... menu item). The 5.0
snapshot had problems with this. Once you set it, though, it should not
cause any more problems (I hope ;-).

PS. If you're not already using the snapshots, I suggest getting the
latest. They contain a lot of bug fixes...
