- Subject: Tcl_Init failed: Can't find a usable init.tcl in the following directories
Hi,
Build insight as follows
$ ./configure --target=arm-unknown-linux
$ make
$ make install
then when I run gdb I get the following error message
------------------
$ gdb
Tcl_Init failed: Can't find a usable init.tcl in the following directories:
/usr/local/share/tcl8.0 /usr/local/usr/share/tcl8.0
/usr/share/tcl8.0 /usr/local/share/tcl8.0
This probably means that Tcl wasn't installed properly.
--------------------
The box is a vanilla RedHat 7.2 install with the 8.3.3.65 tcl and tk
rpms installed
Appreciate it if anyone can give me a hand, I could not find anything on
the newsgroups.
Thanks
Jonathan
