Not if you are using the command line. You can modify src/gdb/gdbtk/library/targetselection.itb (port_list) so that it uses the correct serial ports. Right now, it will only use comX. (So change the two lines that say "lappend plist com$i" to "lappend plist
/dev/com$i".)
