Build problem - missing files ???

Hello! I currently have this problem:
--- cut ---
make[4]: Entering directory `/E/Projects/insight/src/gdb/data-directory'
make[4]: *** No rule to make target `elinos.py', needed by
`stamp-system-gdbinit'. Stop.
make[4]: Leaving directory `/E/Projects/insight/src/gdb/data-directory'
--- cut ---
elinos.py and some more files are expected to be present in
src/gdb/data-directory, but they are totally absent. Did someone forget to
add them ?
