problem with -w command line option

- Subject: problem with -w command line option
I am unable to get the -w command line option to
successfully work when starting the interpreter. It
will generate a new window, but it won't put an
insertion point in the window so I am unable to type
text in it. The buttons under the file and utilities
headings seem to work but will only generate new
windows with the same problem. If I don't use the -w
option the repl starts successfully in the current
window with no problem.
I am using win 98, kawa-1.6.99 and jdk 1.4.1-rc
Any help would be welcome.
Thanks
