I checked in a fix for this. I also checked in a testcase.

Note that Kawa does not define srfi-1, because you have to
(require 'list-lib) to get it.  Perhaps this should be changed.

I also changed IfFeature so it no longer prints out the debugging
message, so it supports the newer SRFIs, and defined the 'kawa
feature.
