I always use 'make distclean' after checkout and then rebuild. This
happens with my existing (using cvs .... update) or the newly checkout
(using cvs ... co kawa).
Environment is Linux (2.4.24, home-made distribution), Java version is
1.4.2_03. Extra libraries are xerces*.jar, ant.jar, servlet.jar but I
use Makefile exclusively.
I'll check whether I have done something wrong to my environment.
