Kawa now by default assumes Java 5

The SVN source-code now is now set up to assume Java 5 (JDK 1.5)
or better. Future pre-built binary (jar) files will require Java 5.
You can still build Kawa for older Java versions if you compile
Kawa yourself from source code, by making use the Kawa pre-processor
mechanism.
