What configure options do you use when building binary point releases?
I most often do something like:
--enable-kawa-frontend --with-servlet=/home/bothner/Java/servlet.jar
--with-XQTS=/home/bothner/Kawa/XQTS --enable-jemacs --with-swing
--with-awt --enable-brl --with-sax2 --with-java-source=6
So if you try other combinations that is cool. For example java5 is
supposed to
still work, but I haven't tested it recently. Older than java5 is no longer
supported.
Build on CygWin works, but 'make test' fails big when it gets to
gnu/xquery/testsuiye - because java doesn't recognize cygwin's symlinks.
(That isn't a release priority, but a solution would be nice at some point.
Perhaps forcing configure to use cp instead of ln -s.)
