That's true, it probably wouldn't directly benefit most users. But I would be interested to see if it could lead to new special forms, or maybe writing new Inlineable or "primitive" functions in a Kawa language rather than in Java.. Or it might just be a silly toy that serves only to remind us all to be thankful for high level languages. Who knows.
