resolver with IPv6 transport support

I've written a patch against 2.1.91 that makes the resolver
capable of using IPv6 transport. In other words, one can
specify both IP4 and IPv6 addresses for nameservers in
resolv.conf.

The patch should take care of both UDP and TCP and the
resulting binary should work on both hosts with and without
IPv6 support.

I hope someone more experienced can take a careful look at
the patch, I might have missed something. The patch can be
found at
http://www.venaas.priv.no/ipv6/glibc-2.1.91-resolv-ipv6.diff

I think this is a feature that should go into 2.2.
