I don't have JOHAB spec. handy so that I can't comment on fixes (most
of typos seemingly made by me appear to be fixed correctly) other than
mapping 0x5c <-> U20A9. There's a good reason I commented out that part
when I submitted the JOHAB module for iconv. Whatever ISO646-KR says,
it would surprise a lot of people if 0x5c in their JOHAB encoded document
is converted to HALF-WIDTH WON SIGN(U20A9) because they don't mean it.
(To represent WON SIGN, people usually use FULL-WIDTH WON SIGN and 0x5c
is used for 'back slash' as in US-ASCII) Granted, I guess it's better
to identically map 0x5c to U005C both in JOHAB and EUC-KR.
