Built and installed glibc-2.1.95 on x86 witn gcc-2.95.2 (various patches).
Previous: 2.1.94
Before that: 2.1.93 (__tz problems)
Before that: 2.1.92 (__tz and other problems)
Everything is running and compiling flawlessly since 2.1.94.
A few things I compiled here:
XFree86-4.0
KDE2
well, to make a long list short: our entire Linux distribution.
Only problem I encountered where gcc problems, or (very) bad coding
practices, like:
static struct StructName
[without the real time]
And so on.
glibc, as far as I'm concerned, and as far as my tests went (x86 only), is
as ready (or even better) as a stable release version.
Anyway, I'm keeping my cvs copy updated daily :-)
