Is libc-announce no longer used? I just happened to stumble across the
2.2.1pre announcement on the -alpha list archives.
Anyhow, the reason I'm writing: is there somebody in particular responsible
for the glibc manual? I have some questions and suggestions (mostly
questions), but don't want to bother the whole list with them.
