IBM and glibc locales

Looking at the IBM locales at:
http://oss.software.ibm.com/developerworks/opensource/locale/?open&l=linuxlst04,t=gr,p=Unicode
I noticed that glibc is missing the following locales:
- ar_IN
- bn_IN
- da_DK@euro
- el_GR@euro
- en_GB@euro
- en_HK
- en_IN
- en_PH
- en_SG
- fa_IN
- kok_IN
- ms_MY
- nb_NO
- sh_YU
- sv_FI@al
- ta_IN
- te_IN
- zh_SG
What's the legal status? Can we just take those locales and integrate
them into glibc? Are we interested in all of them?
