ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/glibc/releases
This is the first test release for 2.2.5. The main change (beside bug
fixes) are those which enable gcc3 to be used. This means a lot of
complicated code dealing with exception handling. Everybody who
uses/writes C++ programs using exception should give this release a
try.
Report failures and success to libc-alpha@sources.redhat.com. Please
make sure that you use this address and not the old one
(libc-alpha@sourceware.cygnus.com). The latter will soon fail to
work. Change your address databases.
