Test results of glibc 2.2.92 on s390

After applying the attached patch, glibc 2.2.92 builds fine on s390 and make 
check is successful.

I have been running the build on a Debian unstable system using gcc 3.2-0pre4 
and binutils 2.13.90.0.4.

I have also installed the resulting glibc on top of a Debian unstable system 
and run several applications on it without any problem.

Could anyone commit the attached patch to CVS? It fixes the ulps file for the 
math tests.
