2.2.5 is obsolete and we won't give you much help if you don't verify your
problems against the latest release before looking for solutions.
LinuxThreads compiled for recent Linux kernels on x86 uses the LDT for
thread identification and so does not rely on the stack pointer for it,
and thus works fine with sigaltstack.
