Gcc 3.3 redhat branch seems to work. I will check out gcc 3.3 branch
when I find time.

BTW, does gcc 3.4 in CVS works for anyone on x86, x86_64 and ia64? Gcc
3.4 aborted on ia64 when I tried it last time.
