- Subject: Cannot check out libc cvs: "cannot find module `libc' - ignored"
Hello,
Anyone knows what the problem is?
$ export CVS_RSH="ssh"
$ cvs -z3 -d:ext:anoncvs@savannah.gnu.org:/cvsroot/libc co libc
The authenticity of host 'savannah.gnu.org (199.232.41.3)' can't be established.
RSA key fingerprint is 80:5a:b0:0c:ec:93:66:29:49:7e:04:2b:fd:ba:2c:d5.
Are you sure you want to continue connecting (yes/no)? yes
Warning: Permanently added 'savannah.gnu.org,199.232.41.3' (RSA) to the list of known hosts.
cvs server: cannot find module `libc' - ignored
cvs [checkout aborted]: cannot expand modules
The first two lines were taken from http://savannah.gnu.org/cvs/?group=libc.
The fingerprint too matched the one on that page.
Oh, now I tried the web interface and found:
File
(dir)CVSROOT/
libc - this entry is unreadable
-----------------------------------------------------------------
NOTE: One or more files were unreadable. The files in the CVS
repository should be readable by the web server process. Please
report this condition to the administrator of this CVS repository.
But who is the CVS repository maintainer? I am BCC'ing Andreas Jaeger
(BCC in case the mailing list would publish his mail address), hoping he
will forward it to the right person.
Or am I missing something?
Thanks,
Enrique
