The following has been tested on Debian GNU/Hurd, could someone
apply it? I think it is OK.
Small correction, I was given a wrong impression, the patch was never
tested in Debian GNU/Hurd, only the Hurd related bits which don't even
get used since the macro S_IMMAP0 isn't defined by glibc (yet) for
GNU/Hurd.
Sorry for the confusion, but even so I think the patch should go in
(assuming that it gets the tweaks Roland noted).
