As I've been looking through the sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/clock_getres.c
and sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/clock_gettime.c. code quite a bit lately and
the __ASSUME_POSIX_CPU_TIMERS symbol is rather interesting as it appears
there is currently no way for it to ever be defined. Anyone know what the story
is there?
