hhhmmm is seems that the powerpc64 TLS doc was never forwarded to Uli for
inclusion the in his TLS doc. Probably My bad.

The 32-bit TLS design was simular. Alan, Paul, Do you have the PowerPC
32-bit TLS documentation?
