I've seen <NONE> used in similar situations, say in Spanish, but in that
case
the entire LC_COLLATE section is listed out, as opposed to reorder-after.
Any feedback on that, and the use of codes like <i'> would be welcome.
Anyway, the tests i ran w/ sort command appear to work, so at least i'm
not stuck for now.
