There's really nothing private about Fedora.  You can checkout the
Fedora glibc directory and run "make sources" and it will download
whatever sources (including tarballs) that were used to build the
Fedora package.  That can all be done via anonymous CVS.

BTW, F-9 wasn't built with a "glibc-2.8.tar.bz2" tarball either.  It
was built with:

glibc-fedora-20080412T0741.tar.bz2
