It would be much more convenient if ldconfig could just tell me that
information instead of me having to:

1. Parse through ld.so.conf and handle included files
2. Guess the trusted directories based on plaform

It's like 5 lines of code with one conditional and one pointer. How is
that more complicated than the --print-cache code or any other option,
for that matter?
