tst-xmmymm failure

I see tst-xmmymm failing on x86-64 when compiling with -O3. The failure
comes from fillin_rpath and _dl_init_paths in dl-load.c, where the
compiler uses the [xy]mm* registers to optimize a memset-like loop.
