Then why is there separate libc-hack list? Couldn't all the traffic
there just be moved to libc-alpha? In the current world of many
repositories, the distinction of involvement in a project is purely
artificial and e.g. to many distribution glibc maintainers, watching
which patches are flying through libc-hack can be valuable.
