Could you please follow the documented practice of requested a top-level name?

This helps other developers/users understand what rth/ is to be used
for (perhaps other alpha users don't know about it).

Does anyone else "own" rth/?

Will anyone else be allowed to commit there (perhaps while you're away
on vacation or something)?

Do you have any special branch policies?
