[PATCH] powerpc: POWER7 optimizations for copysign

Hi,

Follows 32-bit and 64-bit optimizations for copysign on POWER7. Really
simple patch, not much to explain.

Regtested for 32/64-bit powerpc.

Regards,
Luis
