pthread_attr build regressions

- Subject: pthread_attr build regressions
When are all of the NPTL build regressions added over the past few
days going to be fixed?
It's impossible to test and validate one's work while the tree is in
this state.
If this doesn't get fixed soon we should probably revert those
changes.
