PATCH: Check __x86_64__ instead of __WORDSIZE in bits/mathdef.h

Hi,

This patch checks __x86_64__ instead of __WORDSIZE in bits/mathdef.h
since __WORDSIZE for x86-64 architecture may be 32. OK to install?

Thanks.
