uint64_t exists only if stdint.h is included, which assumes C99
compiler.  E.g. bits/types.h for the unknown compilers just
doesn't define __uint64_t and uses
typedef struct
{
  __u_long __val[2];
} __u_quad_t;
for __u_quad_t instead of some 64-bit type.
