I don't have copyright assignment for glibc. If you feel like this
change is significant, I can work on getting it.
I looked through rest of the contribution checklist and I think
everything's in order. The only thing I'm not too familiar with is the
GNU ChangeLog format, but hopefully v2 looks a little better.
