Re: conformtest: Add test data for fenv.h

I'll commit the test data in the following form (other diffs unchanged).  
This reflects the standards more accurately, and more in accordance with 
other test data, by using FE_[ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ]* for the 
namespace for extensions (rather than FE_*), and allowing all *_t types 
for the POSIX standards (but not ISO C standards) in accordance with the 
general POSIX rule for all headers.  (This doesn't change the results, 
just makes the tests more accurate.)
