This version reverts back to having semicolons in the macro definitions
instead of in the .def file, so the macros are no longer statement-like
(which also means the sed code no longer needs to remove semicolons).

Changed in this version.

	* posix/getconf-speclist.c: New file.
	* posix/posix-envs.def: Likewise.
	* posix/confstr.c (START_ENV_GROUP): New macro.

	(KNOWN_PRESENT_ENV_STRING): Likewise.
	(KNOWN_PRESENT_ENVIRONMENT): Likewise.
	(UNKNOWN_ENVIRONMENT): Likewise.
	(confstr): Include posix-envs.def instead of handling
	_CS_V7_WIDTH_RESTRICTED_ENVS, _CS_V6_WIDTH_RESTRICTED_ENVS and
	_CS_V5_WIDTH_RESTRICTED_ENVS directly here.
	* sysdeps/posix/sysconf.c (START_ENV_GROUP): New macro.

	cases directly here.
	* posix/Makefile ($(objpfx)getconf.speclist): Generate by
	preprocessing getconf-speclist.c rather than running getconf or
	generating empty file.
