Remove CHECK_1 and CHECK_1_NULL_OK


Continuing the removal of the bitrotten bounded-pointers support, this
patch, relative to a tree with
<http://sourceware.org/ml/libc-alpha/2013-02/msg00053.html> (pending
review) applied, removes the macros CHECK_1 and CHECK_1_NULL_OK.  In
the case of ptrace, a whole block of __BOUNDED_POINTERS__ code, the
only function of which is to call CHECK_1 in various cases, is
removed.

Tested x86_64.
