And correctly identifies the template without any
translations as being American English.
I can see your point though that if you left it as
"SOME DESCRIPTIVE TITLE" it might get noticed and changed
(thought it hasn't).
I can revert this if you like, I was just trying to make
sure things had proper titles on them at all times.
Once you start adding messages you need to change the title
to match your language.
