[PATCH] Copy over remaining missed string benchmark tests

Hi,

There were a couple of string tests hidden away in the debug directory
(test-strcpy_chk and test-stpcpy_chk) that I found out now when my
full check failed. Here's a patch to separate these tests into
correctness and benchmark tests. I did a full check run this time to
ensure that there are no more string benchmark tests hiding anywhere.
OK to commit?

Siddhesh

	* benchtests/Makefile (string-bench): Add strcpy_chk and
	stpcpy_chk.
	* benchtests/bench-stpcpy_chk-ifunc.c: New file.
	* benchtests/bench-stpcpy_chk.c: New file.
	* benchtests/bench-strcpy_chk-ifunc.c: New file.
	* benchtests/bench-strcpy_chk.c: New file.
	* debug/test-strcpy_chk.c (do_one_test): Remove HP_TIMING
	code.
	(do_test): Likewise.
