(I misread the original report when I sent a message about this on Sunday so
ignore what I said then.)
I think the answer is no. The information is already provided by the ETH_P_*
definitions in <net/ethernet.h> and IMHO there isn't much point in providing
aliases for them unless there's evidence that this is really in widespread
use.
