Hi,

The reorganizations should now be done.  Thanks to Jakub, it was
easier than the enormous amount of patches might suggest.  Jakub
provided me even shell scripts to do the cvs work.

The only thing I did was adding a few copyright comments here and
there and moving some files in different directories.  This might
haven broken something.  I cannot tell since I have not yet compiled
anything with the new tree.

So be aware.  If you want you can send patches.  Otherwise wait until
I start compiling which will be one of the first things I do once I
get up tomorrow (today) morning.

For updating you should use the options -dP for update since there are
new subdirs as well as now empty subdirs.
