From: Andreas Jaeger <aj@suse.de> Date: 07 Jun 2000 16:36:32 +0200 We've got a bug report that --sysconfdir=/some-dir isn't honoured at all. Looking at the configure files, I noticed: AC_SUBST(libc_cv_slibdir) AC_SUBST(libc_cv_localedir) AC_SUBST(libc_cv_sysconfdir) AC_SUBST(libc_cv_rootsbindir) But these are never set. I'm appending a patch to fix this for sysconfdir. May I commit this? No! Take a look at sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/configure.in. The libc_cv_ variables are set there. Mark
