some quick notes before I try to get some zzzs

- so far no problem reports for 2.2.2pre1

- Stephen Moshier contributed j0l/y0l.  They work great.  All we need
  is libm-test-ulps adjustments for m68k and IA-64.  The latter I'll
  do tomorrow if nobody beats me.

- I've written lots of documentation.  So far only Andreas reviewed some
  of the changes.  It's probably a bad idea to let only non-native speakers
  write the documentation.
