avoid multi-line string in version-info.h



GCC now deprecates now multi-line strings:

/builds/glibc/20010106-gcc-2.97.test/csu/version-info.h:3:1: warning: multi-line string literals are deprecated

Here's a patch for the first files.  Ok to commit?
