Fix <sys/uio.h> conflict with altivec

When using altivec on ppc there are additional builtin indentifiers
__vector, __bool and __pixel. The first one is used in <sys/uio.h>.

Andreas.

	* misc/sys/uio.h: Change __vector to __iovec to avoid clash with
	altivec.
