[PATCH] Add an SH custom sys/procfs.h

Hi,

It seems gdb assumes that prgregset_t is compatible with elf_gregset_t
at least in their sizes when using thread_db.  If gregset_t is smaller
than prgregset_t in one arch and that arch uses the generic sys/procfs.h,
gdb may crash.  That's the case for SH.  The appended patch adds an SH
custom sys/procfs.h like as the other arches do.
