Cross compiling / BUILD_CC?

- Subject: Cross compiling / BUILD_CC?
The documentation on how to cross compile glibc confuses me. What is the
correct way? As far as other GNU applications and libraries go it's
normally enough to specify --host=${target-triplet} - but some places on
the net seems to tell me that I also need to set BUILD_CC.
